今回 、道下さんには、講演会の後に地元の若手広報担当者とのパネルディスカッションをお願いしています。これは、実行委員の強い希望で実現させていただきました。
栃木県内の若手担当者たちが自治体広報界のトップランナーである道下さんと、どんなディスカッションを繰り広げてくれるのかとても楽しみです。

■パネラー紹介■
小守林　基（Hajime Komoribayashi）　日光市秘書広報課　2011年入庁
　東京生まれ東京育ちの都会っこ？　日光の自然に魅了されて移住。尽きない探究心で広報紙制作とホームページ管理に取り組む。日光市職員有志による「日光シティプロモーション」にも参加しており、日光彩子のスタイリストとの噂も…。

齋藤緋香里（Hikari Saito） 鹿沼市秘書課　2012年入庁
市民が読んでプラスになる「まちの情報誌」を目指し、失敗しながらも奔走する毎日。「広報かぬまを楽しみにしているよ」という声が元気の源。鹿沼市職員有志が運営する「かぬまブランドサポーターズ」ではシナリオライターとして活躍。

丸山　裕之（Hiroyuki Maruyama）大田原市情報政策課　2007年入庁
　大田原市役所で８番目に広報を愛する男。広報作りには妥協せず、心身を削り、命を燃やして、魂を宿らせる。好きな言葉は「優れた芸術家は模倣するが、偉大な芸術家は盗む（パブロ・ピカソ）」。

この時期、さまざまな広報イベントが交錯します。

広報セミナーのexツアーは広報広聴全国大会に準じた機会として
山梨ツアーから始まり前回の横浜市までおおむね関東エリアで開催しています。
そして、ことしは栃木ツアーが企画されているのは、ご承知のとおりです。

これまで何度かこうしたイベントのスタッフをしていますから
実行委員会の苦労は承知していて、たくさんの方のお越しを願うしだい。
参加者の動向が確定するまでは、なかなか厳しい日々が続きます。
それなら無理してやらなければいいのにと思われるかもしれませんが
広報人どうしの交流の機会が大切なことを知ると、つい……。

２度目の広報担当を離れて３年目になりますが、
全国大会のときの「彩の国広報ラウンジ」以来つながりのある方もいらして
午前の検診事業を終えて出発できるように参加調整中です。

広報セミナー〜栃木ツアー、交通費を抑えるなら湘南新宿ラインがあります。
（研修が犠牲になり時間はかかることはご容赦ください）

そんなわけで、栃木ツアーはいかがですか。

今回のタイトルは以前に使ったかもしれませんが調べるのはおっくう。
ひとまず（迎撃ではありませんが）「緊急発進」だし
ラウンジの投稿数をみると「はびこる」印象だし、
テキストは急いで「かき集めた」もののようだし
監査のアクシデントほかで慌ただしく、ノーチェックで申し訳ありません。

裏ツアーin栃木実行委員会の市川です。
ツアーへの参加表明と温かいコメントを本当にありがとうございます。

ツアー開催日まで１２日です。
ここまで手探りながら、準備を進めてきました。
講師を快諾してくださった道下さん、日本広報協会さんのご理解、都市広報広聴研究協議会との共催、パネラーを引き受けてくれた県内若手広報担当者たち、そして全国津々浦々の広報マン・広報ウーマンたちの心強い後ろ盾…などなど、多くのチカラをお借りして。当日を迎えることになると思います。

皆さんに楽しんでいただけるような１日にしたいと思います。

現役時代。広報紙づくりに行き詰まりストレスが溜まって・・ちょいと一杯と誘惑に負けたそんな夜は・・・

先方の迷惑顧みず
「もしもしぃ！やっほぉ〜隊長でぇす。広報紙づくり進んでる？」
電話の向こうから聞こえてくる苦笑いと心配するトーンの混ざり合った声。
「隊長？大丈夫？」。

あれから行く年来る年数えてはや数年。
わがまちで本年「地酒で乾杯条例」なるものが誕生し、仕事で行き詰まりストレスが溜まるという三拍子が揃った上で、ちょいと一杯のつもりが・・昨日、応援するチームが勝利したことに勢いがつき・・・

「ふぁ〜よく寝た・・ん？」
お尻の下に敷かれた愛機のスマホ。
発信履歴をみてみると・・・
「・・・（しばし沈黙）・・・また、やっちまった」。
それも西から北から東から南まで。何年もお会いしてないあの方、この方にまで。日本列島縦断、オレンジ電波の旅。

ぷるるる♪「隊長、昨晩は出られなくてすみません」。
「隊長、昨晩はどうしました？」

「も、も、申し訳ありません。また、やっちまったようです」。「え？広報人大忘年会で飲んで語ろう？」
「山の神（奥方）のご、ご機嫌伺いという難所が・・・」。
・・・久々に、やっちまった。ここからいつも、わたしの旅は始まるんだよな・・・（心の声）

むむむむ・・・さあ、みんなで考えよう。
山の神に捧げる供物とお祈りのタイミング。

去年、サミットの事務局を担当しました。
大勢の皆様にお出でいただき、ありがとうございました。

今年の状況について最近問合せが相次いでいますので、
現時点の情報をお知らせします。

■日時 １月23日（木）〜24日（金）
■場所 盛岡市
■内容 未定

例年２月上旬に開催される「横浜セミナー（広報セミナー）」が
今年はご存知のとおり11月に開催されます。
この影響で、今年度の東北サミットは１月の開催となりました。

事務局の盛岡市さんから後ほど正式な告知があると思いますので、
詳しい情報はそちらをお待ちください。

参加をお考えの人が身近にいましたら、
